Inspired by Dr. Morning Wolf and my empowering Raphaology Session I headed to the kitchen and created a healing golden dish to accompany a fresh Spring Salad for lunch. According to the Raphaology system of healing Gold is the color that supports the Pituitary master endocrine gland and in this approach various Peak foods can offer healing benefits to each gland and organ.
Aside from being super yummy and easy to make these these tasty nutritious patties are high in protein, low in carbohydrate and full of highly functional foods. The supportive healing benefits from the ingredients in this recipe include: yellow crook neck squash (pineal gland), red onion (pituitary gland), goat cheese (immune system), nutritional yeast (B vitamins), mustard (pineal gland), turmeric (anti-inflammatory), lemon (pituitary gland), olive oil (essential fatty acids).

Golden Crookneck Squash Patties
1 c. grated yellow crook neck squash
½ c. coconut flour
¼ c. finely chopped red onion
¼ + grated goat cheese
3 T. Nutritional Yeast
2 t. Temple Taste Masala or Curry
mix the following items together
1 large egg beaten
1 T. virgin olive oil
½ t. rice vinegar
¼ t. real salt
dash of cayenne
Place 2 T. goat butter in skillet and place on low/medium heat.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir together.
Form into small patties and place into oiled skillet .
Cook approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Allow both sides to turn golden brown.
Serve with Golden Mustard sauce on the side and optional fresh chopped cilantro.
Golden Dijon Mustard Sauce
¼ c. Virgin olive oil
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. Grape seed Veganese or Goat yogurt
½ + T. Raw honey
1 t. Lemon juice (1 squeeze)
1/4 t. Turmeric
Blend together well and garnish Golden Patties when serving. This foundational sauce also makes a good salad dressing simply add a little more water to thin the consistency and for a variation add chopped cilantro.
